This program blends somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, energetics, holistic health, mindset work and psychotherapy for deep healing and transformation. The program includes 5 live calls, 2 1-on-1 sessions with me, and access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). The program will begin live on Tuesday, September 24th at 10am PST. If you cannot attend live, recordings will be sent out afterwards.
